The reunion is almost upon us so here are some last minute details that we need your immediate response to. Please note that we must have your response no later than 8/25/10.

1. Dinner

Please choose from the following three (3) options:

(A) Roasted Pork Loin - topped with brown hunter sauce, served with sauteed seasonal vegetables and garlic mashed potatoes.
(B) Tuscan Chicken - sauteed chicken, diced tomatoes, roasted red peppers and mushrooms cooked in a basil cream sauce, served with sauteed seasonal vegetables and garlic mashed potatoes.
(C) Pasta primavera

Each of the above will also be served with a garden salad and carrot cake for dessert.


2. Honoring our military members...

If you served our country in any way, please let us know what branch you served in, how many years you served and any service medals, decorations, and awards you may have received.


3. In memory of...

Other than Jeff Bosie and John Buskis, are there any other former classmates who are no longer with us?


4. Potluck picnic

Please send us the following details:

(A) How many adults and children will be attending?
(B) Names of spouse and children
(C) Age of children
(D) If you have not already responded via the Evite invitation, what will you be bringing?


5. Tour of School

The high school principal has offered to provide a tour of the facilities for anyone who is interested after school on Friday, 8/27. Please let us know if you plan to attend so that I can give Mr. Canny a headcount.

This just happens to fall on the same day that the district has scheduled an open house for the new athletic complex along with their 2nd annual "Rocketpalooza" prior to the inaugural CS-8 football game with Lincoln. Please let us know if you would like to attend the football game (in lieu of, or in addition to, the Meet-N-Greet at Catch 22 Lounge), as Mr. Canny has offered to reserve seats and recognize the class over the intercom during the game. Please note, however, the game and open house are not activities that are being organized by the reunion committee so we do not have additional details at this time.


6. Slideshow

We still need pictures for the slideshow that Michelle is putting together. Please send your gradeschool, middle school, junior high school, high school and 10 yr. reunion photos, along with current family photos, to us at rhs20reunion@gmail.com . You can also mail copies of your photos to Michelle (photos will be returned, but please make sure you mark your photos with your name) at Illinois Area Office, P.O. Box 19215, Springfield, Illinios 62794-9215. The deadline for photos is Aug. 21.


7. Payment $$

If you have not done so already, please send payment ($60/adult - payable to Tara Miller) to Tara Miller, c/o Duane Morris LLP, 2700 N. Military Trail, Suite 300, Boca Raton, FL 33431. Or contact Tara to make arrangements for payment via PayPal.

The absolute deadline for payment is Aug. 23. Payment cannot be made at the door unless previous arrangements have been made.


8. Attire

We are trying to keep the event fun and somewhat casual, so please wear whatever you are most comfortable in - whether it be casual chic cocktail attire or jeans/shorts - or both if you want to pretend to be the host of an awards show and change outfits throughout the night!!
